In 2006, Doug Busbee had outgrown his used auto and truck parts business and wanted to narrow his business to focus primarily on mid- to heavy-duty trucks. Broadstreet built and developed a Website in Drupal that Busbee customers would be able to easily find and navigate with little knowledge of trucks or parts. We’ve helped Busbee capture a niche market online and invested heavily in Google AdWords. We manage their extensive Google AdWords campaigns developing custom landing pages, creating unique videos & graphics, and opening him up to a Spanish-language market. We focus on search engine optimization, content creation, & Google AdWords. By aligning these things, we have developed cost effective Google Ad campaigns and, in some cases, doubled sales for particular products in a short amount of time.
After multiple consultations and bringing them onto an ongoing support plan, Broadstreet helped transformed Busbee’s Truck Parts from a small local business to a worldwide dealer in large and medium diesel trucks and parts.
Once the website was built, Broadstreet launched Busbee into social media marketing on YouTube, Facebook, Google Plus and Twitter. Broadstreet manages and maintains their social media presence, building customer relationships and establishing trust. We also maintain a very active blog on the Busbee’s Truck Parts website providing helpful information for potential clients. This blog helps get the right people to his site through link-sharing and also helps increase his rank in the search engines. We then use Google display ads and remarketing to continuously show ads to these prospects. Busbee’s Truck Parts, a business in a rural town in South Carolina, routinely recieves large orders worldwide.
Soon after developing the website, Broadstreet began email marketing for Busbee’s using Constant Contact. We have established a significant mailing list of thousands of truck owners and we have developed quite a bit of content that we share with these owners, including videos, helpful hints, maintenance guides -- anything we can do to help the customers with their trucks. Busbee’s has developed a loyal following of these truck owners and has become a partner to many mechanics and maintenance shops that need quick access to the right parts and knowledgeable staff. Since going live with the Web Success system, Busbee Truck Parts has sold truck parts to customers all over the world. Doug and hsi team regularly do business around the world including deliveries to Asia, the Middle East and South America. With international sales increasing, Doug needed a multi-lingual site, which continues to develop as needs arise. By making good use of the Internet through his partnership with Broadstreet, Busbee's Auto and Truck Parts has become a truly international business.
