Tom and Connie Howell with Dry Clean Delivery, Inc. out of Charlotte, NC approached Broadstreet in 2011. The Howells started Dry Clean Delivery Inc. in 1992. After many years of hard work bolstered by the Howells' warm personalities, business was going well and they wanted to establish an online presence and a means by which to communicate with and reward their customers. Broadstreet designed a Website that reflects the Howells’ family values, hometown customer service and professional work. The Dry Clean Delivery Inc. Website provides information about their services, cost saving coupons, and a contact form that encourages communication.
Once Dry Clean Delivery Inc. had a firmly established Website, Broadstreet expanded their online presence to include social media. Tom Howell attended Broadstreet Bridges, a conference for our customers, where he learned tips and techniques for social media marketing and he talked with other Broadstreet customers to learn how they were using social media to drive their sales and support their print campaigns. We helped Dry Clean Delivery Inc. set up their Facebook and Google Plus accounts, find their current customers, appeal to future customers and follow back local businesses. We continue to monitor their social media brand and assist them with their marketing. With the Dry Clean Delivery Inc. business booming, our designers are currently helping them create a unified image in both print and social media.
In 2012, Dry Clean Delivery, Inc. expanded to service several large business office complexes, to offer a wash/dry/fold service and to offer lab coat cleaning, securing the business of several medical offices.
